Who I am
- Navigating my way from an entry level job - to Director position by the age of 27.
- Quickly learning about managing teams, P&L and internal reporting; while cultivating new business, developing client relationships and delivering massive incremental sales.
- I was great with my clients, yet I had NO CLUE how to make the impact I dreamt of.
- I learnt the hard way; unsure what to delegate or how to manage & motivate my team.
- Most importantly, how to ensure individuals were challenged, developed and rewarded accordingly.

Beth’s Resumé
After Graduating from Uni with a BA in Business, Beth started her career within the fragrance industry.
During her 20 year tenure, Beth has excelled in multiple roles including UK Sales Director and Global Account Management of the worlds most renowned Fine Fragrance and Beauty Care Brands.
Beth’s passion for travel, client and team connection has seen her live and work in various locations such as Paris, New York, Singapore and London, where she currently resides.
Always seeking out new challenges, Beth has a talent for relationship management and creative ways of working, most recently partnering across all major categories and brands with a world leading FMCG Company.
Beth has won and managed multi-million dollar projects and portfolios and is well regarded in the Fragrance industry.
It’s Beth’s devotion to develop, mentor and coach her teams over the years that has enabled her to become the experienced leadership coach she is today.
